A Day in
the Life

Every app starts with a need. Whether you see them as serious
or trivial, they mean different things to different people.

Feelabit

My partner and I kept saying "I'm fine" when we weren't. So I built something that makes it easier to be honest.

Feelabit is a daily check-in app for couples. You pick how you're feeling, your partner does the same, and you both actually see where the other person is at. No guessing, no "what's wrong?" loops. I wanted it to feel warm, not clinical, so it uses an emotion wheel and soft earthy tones instead of charts and numbers.

Hue Hunt

I kept arguing with friends about whether two colors were the same. Turns out you can make a game out of that.

Spot the odd tile out. Sounds simple until the shades get close enough to make you question your eyes. I built it as a quick break kind of game, something you play for two minutes and then accidentally play for twenty. Daily challenges so you can compare with friends.

Halal 100

My best friend eats halal, so finding new and unique places we could both eat was always the challenge. I built this so we'd never have to guess again.

100 halal restaurants across the tri-state area, ranked by people who actually eat halal every day. Community voting, map view, no influencer hype. Atlantic Ave spots that have been there since the mid-80s. 53rd and 6th since 1990. If you know, you know.

Nearside

My father always told me that showing up for people is the glue that holds relationships together. I took that to heart, so I built something to keep me honest.

Nearside keeps track of your real relationships and quietly reminds you when someone's overdue for a call, a visit, a text. No social media, no likes, no feeds. Just the people who matter and when you last showed up for them.

Rainbow Cobra

I grew up on Snake. This is my love letter to it, with way too many particle effects.

Classic snake, but you're collecting colors to build a rainbow. It has boss fights, a daily challenge where everyone gets the same board, and the kind of glow-everything neon look I've wanted to build since I was a kid. The "just one more round" kind of game.

The Flush 50

My wife and I kept running into the same problem in Manhattan. You need a bathroom and every option is either locked, disgusting, or costs you a $6 coffee.

The 50 best free public bathrooms in Manhattan, ranked. Map view, distance sorting, accessibility info. So many of the ones we found were in awful condition, so this only lists the ones that are actually clean and usable. Sometimes the most useful app is the least glamorous one.

These apps didn't start with a business plan.
They started with people I love and problems I wanted to solve for them.

If that's the kind of person
you want on your team,
let's talk.
